In this study the cooperation between the Ottoman dynasties, ruled the Ottoman Empire and those dynasties, bowed down to the Ottoman sovereignty are dealt with. Some clues are found out that two documents, at the beginning of the XIX th and XX th century the root of noble dynasties, apart from the Ottoman dynasty had used the title of Sultan within the Ottoman Empire. The purpose of our study is to express the truth that the clues, belong to the Ottoman dynasty can be detected in any time duration within the historical context. Above all, it is also dealt with that some dynasties, privileged by the protection of the Porte survived within the Ottoman border along with the Ottoman dynasty.
