Each concept that is examined in a language according to concept field reveals language pleasure, aesthetic thinking and first and foremost world-view of the nation speaking that language. For this reason, in this study horse concept in three major Orkhon Inscriptions, Kül Tigin, Bilge Kagan and Tonyukuk will be analysed according to conceptual field theory and traditional understanding. After the words that constitute horse concept field in the aforementioned inscriptions are determined, the place and importance of the horse in Turkish culture will be explained by considering etymological, morphological and semantics characteristics that these words have.
