There are many studies on rhetoric in Arab and Turkish Literature. Turkish rhetoric books are prepared by example of those in Arabic Literature. Me'ânî of rhetoric, one of the sections in more products and the sentence are written. It is about the meaning and the content of the sentence. In this study, the definition of Me‘ânî and its reflections from Arabic Literature to Turkish Literature will be discussed. In this context, the historical classification of the books which are written in Arabic and Ottoman Turkish will be offered. With this research, also which rhetoric rules of Arabic is adapted to Turkish rhetoric will be seen.
