Abstract Cahit Zarifo?lu, Turkish literature in recent history is one of the major Islamic poets. Told in a modern style in the tradition of works. In his poems and novels where members can find traces of culture to the world. Especially his novel Sava? Ritimleri is full of these themes. The subject of the novel is the Russian-Afghan war. In this war of Turkey and especially Mavera deep feelings aroused by the magazine team has aroused a feeling of doing something in Zarifo?lu. As stated in the Konu?malar, the author strives to fulfill his responsibility with the sensitivity of a poet. When taken in the context of works of art that feeds the culture and civilization of Zarifo?lu sources will be seen that Islamic values. Because the author actually tells a society that he did not go to, he did not live in, and during the narration, the author takes into consideration his own social structure and the world of thought. Because he thinks that there are common motifs between his community structure and the Afghan community he is trying to explain. It is seen that these common motifs within the framework of the novel focus on Islamic values. This context Sava? Ritimleri he penned to serve a specific purpose and is the author of works reflects the mindset of the world
