Schizophrenia is a complex and multifaceted mental disorder characterized by a range of cognitive, affective, and behavioral symptoms that significantly impact individuals' daily functioning and quality of life. Understanding the intricate relationships between social cognition, Neurocognition, symptomatology, and functional competencies is crucial for developing effective interventions. This article adopts a network analytic approach to explore these interconnections, emphasizing the role of network structures in influencing outcomes for individuals with schizophrenia. By integrating findings from neuropsychological research, clinical observations, and network theory, we aim to provide a comprehensive perspective on the cognitive dynamics of schizophrenia and their implications for treatment and rehabilitation.
