Women with disabilities have multiple disadvantages, their struggle to participate in social life change via a new organization. The aim of this study is to investigate the debate on women with disabilities’ movements which offers a new perspective on disability rights in Turkey, identify the need for establishment of Woman with Disability’s Association (Engelli Kad?n Derne?i [ENGKAD]), and determine women with disabilities established through which process. Therefore, it was examined in this study whether it is necessary a separate organization about women with disabilities before establishing ENG-KAD, the establishment of ENG-KAD, its purposes, and activities. It was used in this study news, interviews, and presentation of the workshop on the Internet regarding the topic. All collected data were analyzed by MAXQUDA11 one of the qualitative data analysis software programs. As a result of the study, efforts of the organizations of women with disabilities are slow, but steady continued, with this advancement of women with disabilities began to become popular in the field of women's studies, and should be taken into account gender disadvantage next to the disadvantage of being disabled now.
