This study aimed to determine the manager and executive assistant of the self-leadership level. With these reasons, 85 managers and 85 executive assistants were included to the study. The research population constitutes businesses in the public and private sectors in Gaziantep. The data were gathered with the interview technique and then analyzed. Research conducted for the subject of the validity and reliability of the test Tabak, S??r? and Türköz (2013)'s self-leadership of the Turkish adaptation of the scale was used as data collection tool. Cronbach’s Alpha value of the scale of the self-leadership scale is 0.889. With the variance ratios of the scale, it is seen that the ratio is 68.3 % in total. The manager and executive assistant to determine reminders, self-monitoring, idea evaluation, goal setting, dream of setting up in the successful performance and natural reward to focus factors are the highest level; selfreward and high self-talk in factors are high level; the factor of the self-punishment is determined that a moderate level. Between on the educational status of the manager and self-leadership has been determined a significant difference level. With the age of assistant and administrator has been determined a significant relationships in the self- leadership dimensions. There is a significant correlation between having received education and training of assistant with manager’s self-leadership’s factor¸ but there is no significant relationship between the assistant's level of self-leadership.
