A RING IN THE TRADITION OF MIRACNAME: MIRACU’N-NEBI OF MEHMED NAZIF

When the Turks embraced Islam, they sought to express their sincere and deep love for Hz.Muhammed through different means. Hz. Muhammad has been studied in various aspects and has been the subject of different literary genres such as na’t, hicretnâme, esmâ-? nebi. In this context,the Mirac miracle has been placed in divans and mesnevis as well as in independent works verse and prose. The miraciye, which is the subject of the study, is located in the Divan of Mehmet Nazif. Mehmed Nazif is registered at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Taksim Ataturk Library with the number 181. Each page of the manuscript, with an end date of 1260/1845, consists of ninety-five sheets of seventeen lines. In the study, the Miraciye of Mehmed Nazif has been transcribed and the content of the work has been analyzed.Thus it is aimed to contribute to the tradition of miracname as literary genre with the introduction of this new Miracname
