The purpose of this study is to develop a scale to determine the social entrepreneurial intention level of 4th grade elementary students’. The draft form of scale was reviewed by 39 elementary school teacher and 12 expert. After the review, 50 item had been administrated to 230 4th grade elementary students. Dimensions are predetermined and items suitable for these dimensions are written. For this reason, exploratory factor analysis was not needed. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the five-dimensional structure of the scale. The Cronbach’s alpha value for the scale was found .88.
