The phonetic, morphological and lexical standardization that started towards the end of Old Anatolian Turkish in the process of Oghuz Turkish becoming the written language was partially completed in the Ottoman Turkish Period; Stereotypes have also occurred in the writing of suffixes. However, spelling patterns are one of the important problems for language researchers who study historical texts. One of the spelling related problems encountered in Old Anatolian Turkish and Ottoman Turkish texts is whether there is consonant harmony. As is known, Turkey in the Turkish word or additional stem from side to side between two consonants together is seen to be relevant in terms. Many of the researchers, who are in Turkey Turkish think that in the said period of this harmony. In this study, whether there is consonant harmony in Old Anatolian Turkish and Ottoman Turkish texts will be discussed. First, opinions on the subject will be explained, and then our opinion on the subject will be expressed based on the data we have obtained from the texts.
