The working example, in the United Kingdom, there is a need for non-classroom, educative staff to meet education and physical needs in structured primary schools. In the country as a whole, especially since the early 1960s, class assistants have begun to show up in the developing world in primary school classes. At this point, the emergence of classroom assistants has three general purposes; firstly to reduce the workload of the teacher, secondly to support the children with additional support needs and finally to develop in addition to the skills of the students. In recent years, as part of the workforce reform in the United Kingdom as well as in many countries around the world, assistant class assistants have undertaken a wide range of educational and non-educational tasks. Since 2000s, the role of the classroom assistant, especially in the United Kingdom, has assumed the role of "Advanced Skilled Auxiliary Teacher". In 2004, after primary school and secondary school students were assigned to classroom assistants and each class was reorganized to be an assistant. By the year 2012, classroom assistants have formed the quarter of the workforce in primary and secondary schools in the UK. Nowadays, many classroom assistants are invaluable in pastoral roles such as providing classroom adaptation of students with physical / sensory stress or adaptation difficulties, supporting social and emotional development of all students, and helping the teacher practice class without problems by preventing disturbing behavior in the classroom. In this context, the class assistant's job description, vocational qualifications, which areas of the class assistants are utilized, average salary conditions, working principles, factors. When the review was conducted, the document review method of the qualitative research method was used. The document review methodology includes the analysis of materials that contain information about facts or phenomena. The stages of the research; reaching the documents, controlling the originality, translating the documents into Turkish and understanding them, analyzing the obtained information and data. When the Turkish literature is examined, the study is the first since no other studies have been found.
