Unemployment is both an economic and a social disease. As it is one of the most important sources for public unhappiness, its reasons must be reconsidered like its results, such as social paradigms and prejudices. In this reconsideration, an important notice must be given to the reshuffle of fund sources that can create employment by the means of credit. The collaboration of capital market (generally) and fund market (specifically) with labor market results in the democratization of capital. In the same time, this collaboration would result in producing new solutions in national economy, as it means the support of capital to production and capital markets to real markets. In developing countries main sources of economic crisis are foreign financial crises and they are thus main reasons behind unemployment, so, financial markets can as well be the solution for unemployment. Therefore, the works of capital venture, that is aimed towards unemployed people, and start-up capital, that forms the basis for micro businesses, are needed to be applied with financial creativity. Self-employment and worker ownership models need to be supported with strong financial backups as employment models. In the meantime, the main aim must be the end of poverty with the help of food banking. The capital and labor markets collaboration model that we shape in this study will provide an important solution for unemployment in our country.
