The aim of this study is to determine the Masters, Music and Dance Ensemble members’ musical backgrounds and practices, their thoughts about the culture and music, the problems they face in the events, and their expectations from the authorities. The sample of the study consisted of 34 members of the Masters, Music and Dance Ensemble. Interview technique was used to collect study data. The application of the study was carried out on 11-13 September 2019. 12 questions in the scope of the study were asked to the participants. As a result of the study, it was found that most of the participants started to use musical instruments when they were 7-8 years old, that they could use musical instruments without notes because of the fullness of the ears, that they saw the music as a part of their lives, that they did not want their children to perform as musicians for economic reasons, that some music activities could have minor problems. In addition, most of the participants stated that today's change has a negative impact on their daily lives and music, and they have a high interest in music activities. Besides, it was found that most of the participants had no knowledge of copyrights, that they did not write lyrics, that they did not compose, that they took Ne?et Erta?’s artistry and his humanity as an example, that they expect the authorities to protect themselves in order to live the culture of Abdality and to perform their music in a secure system. In addition, most of the participants stated that being a member of the Masters, Music and Dance Ensemble had a positive impact on solidarities as well as a positive economic impact, that the people of K?r?ehir looked favourably on them. Finally, various suggestions have been developed in line with the findings obtained and the development of music tourism in K?r?ehir
