Mehmet Âkif ?nan; is a beautiful thinker, poet, writer and unionist of our country. Dedicated to the cause of Islam, Inan, believes that Muslim nations are not occupational and non-Western. According to Mehmet Âkif ?nan, Islamic unity is the only strand for the Muslim countries to survive and live in an honorable way. Moreover, the Jewish invasion of Jerusalem is indeed a warning for the unification of Muslims. Despite, the Islamic Union; Western rituals produced by the Westerners for the purpose of Islamic geography cannot be realized due to Western origin movements in Islamic lands. In spite of all obstacles in front of the Islamic unity, the idea that the Muslim geography nations are in favor of unification, inevitably wanted to bring the tradition of is Ottomanism to the fore with the idea that everyone who is thinking of Islam unity should take the example of Abdülhamit Han. According to Inan, Muslim countries are able to cooperate to produce their own weapons. Muslim countries, which do not receive weapons from the imperialists, will make more comfortable cooperation among themselves. Moreover, the vast majority of Islamic geography has more than enough capacity to overcome each other's deficiencies. In this study, Mehmet Âkif ?nan’s ideas about Islamic unity will be examined by using document analysis method.
