Cooperatives play an important role in dissemination and recognition of innovative ideas and changes among partners through collaborating, raising social capital, developing cooperative norms and creating collective movement to achieve a common aim. The aim of this paper is to offer a solution to the problems among administration and members of agricultural development cooperatives by determining the relation between them. The study was conducted on the members of 19 Agricultural Development Cooperatives operating in E?irdir District of Isparta between 01.08.2012-01.11.2012. The population of the study consisted of 2010 people and the sample consisted of 321 people who agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected by face to face interview technique by using the “Questionnaire” which was designed by the researchers. At the end of the research, it has been found out that the farmers do not have enough knowledge about cooperating and there are financial and marketing problems about cooperatives. Furthermore, packing and crop processing inadequacy and lack of education and professionalism of administrators and board of supervisors are regarded as the main problems of cooperatives. Considering these problems, it is important to carry out training activities for the cooperative members in certain periods and to increase the awareness of the members.
