Adventures of Venusian Women”, unpublished drama of Sevgi Soysal is a play taking on woman matters. Its subject take place in Venus. There is a life style dominated by men in Venus. Women object to this life style. Therefore discussions are made. Women gathering around Woman Sage set against this notion. Sacred Monument does not give any rigt to women. Aged Sage present some resolution offers to convince women. But these offers are not accepted by men. Women resist to obtain their rights. A big chaos happens in Venus. Former monument is broken to pieces and a new monument is erected instead of it. Requests of women are not taken into consideration at this monument too. The reason of it is resulted from that woman could not individuate according to Woman Sage. In consequence of all these davelopments, women defer to men once again. Nothing change in Venus, life continues as before. Writer takes on woman matters in Turkey referring to Venus in her work. She criticize woman’s falling behind at social life in an ironic way.
