It is a reality that the geography where the Turkish people live attracts attention from all over the world. Underground and over ground sources makes us more important as a community and makes stronger the global games that is being played on us. So, Turkish world should think about Ahi community that is peculiar to its own culture. Ahi community is imitated by word countries. Ahi community is the bases of the Ottoman Empire and ombudsman, business ethics, total quality management, vocational training, human resources are the dimensions of ahi community. The soul of ahi community arises from sunnah of the prophet and Quran and its implementation arise from features of genesis and historical experiences. Ahilik is a combination science and faith and it is shaped by work. Ahi system is put forth by Seljuks and Ottomans; Ahi Evrân-? Veli is the leader and Ahi community spread from K?r?ehir to the world. It is a motion of social, cultural, economic, national culture, faith, ethics, bravery and jihad. The aim of this research is to mention the importance of Ahi community on Turkish world a by providing culture, social cooperation and unity, take attention to the ways which must be taken as examples an make suggestions to Turkish states in this subjects. Ahi community is a system that removes unemployment, jobbery, inflation and ignorance and establishes confidence in the community and enriches the community by the capability of patriotism, quality, respect, demilitarization, professional specialization and providing speed-up. And these make the research important.
