When the Ottoman-Russian War (1806) armistice negotiations started, Russians send Alexander Grigorevich Krasnokutsk as a dplomatic courier, to Istanbul from Bukresh. At the time of his arrival Janissary’s were preparing a rebellion against Alemdar Mustafa Pasha. The rebellion process, rage of Janissary’s that horribaly effected stanbul, diplomacy wars between forreign missionaires are objevtively told by a forreign observer in this diary
