Zenbili Ali Efendi, the 8th Shaykh of Islam of the Ottoman Empire, is a leading scholar witnessed the era of three Ottoman Empires. Ali Cemali Celebi primarily had taken lessons from Karamanli Mevlana Hamza, later learned knowledge from Istanbul’s famous scholar Molla Husrev, afterwards in Bursa continued to the lessons of Husam-zade Mevlana Muslihiddin who was known as having propensity to asceticis and sufism. He completed the duty of mudarris in different madrasahs, and also the duty of mufti in different provinces. It is also among the cites that this famous scholar, Zenbilli Ali Efendi, was called as ‘’Mevlana Sufi Ali Cemali’’. The subject of our article is Zenbilli Ali Cemali’s Risale-i Nasihat. The author in his 20 pages work, Zenbili Ali Efendi, mentions about truths of faith, the needs to protect the self from the traps of our soul and devil, and also to clean away the self from evil behaviours, at the same tells about the ways to attain consent and compassion of Allah. The islamic work of this scholar, who was cited to reach the perfection in Islamic sufism, involves essential warnings by showing how to be a good believer. Within the article a brief reference will be presented about the author, and there will be an emphasis on the content of one of his literary works titled Risale-i Nasihat. Lastly, the transcribed text and the facsimile of the work will be put forward
