In this study, due to his village in Hatay Ceylanl? K?r?khan Field Plateau district physical planning aimed for settlement purposes. The plateau, the last 50-60 year period experienced a significant change in terms of settlement and land use and the shape of a large number of environmental problems have emerged. In the study of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-based method is mainly used depending on the circumstances. For this purpose, the parameters were identified and mapped for effective planning. Then, classification of these factors has been their sensitivity and in the determined value class. According to degrees of impact resulting combined maps, physical planning map was constructed plateau. Thus, questioned the appropriateness of the settlement plateau. In this study, a plateau is expected to prevent the development of a sustainable sense, as the negative.
