In this study, work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts were investigated whether there was a relationship between the level of conflict they experienced and their beliefs about self-efficacy. In addition, it has been researched which of conflicts from the work to family and from the family to work is more. It was also examined whether there were significant differences between workfamily conflicts and family-work conflicts and whether there were any significant differences according to demographic variables such as gender, marital status, sector, age, educational status, number of children, workplace seniority, total seniority. As a result of the research, there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy beliefs and work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts. Differences were found in terms of demographic variables.
