The purpose of this study is to examine the articles published in Turkey in the field of Counseling and Guidance between the years 2012-2016 and to determine the research trends in this area. For this purpose, 23 journals and 441 articles were included in the analysis. The articles were evaluated in 7 different titles, including study type, study group, study group size, number of authors, statistical techniques, data collection tools and subject areas in "Publication Classification Form". The articles in the study were analyzed using content analysis within the scope of the document review among qualitative research methods. According to the results obtained, it was found that the articles in this field are mostly in the form of research-examination and most of them are formed as quantitative researches. Among the other conclusions reached were that studies carried out mostly on undergraduate students and the study group sizes are 301-600 participants.
