There is not certain information about when the story Sheikh San‘an which was known stories among east literature revealed exactly. Fer?d al-D?n‘Att?r who was s?f? from Iran wrote this story firstly on his work named as Mantiq al-Tayr and then this story became an inspiration to many literary men also. One of literary men who rendered the story Sheikh San‘an again as taking inspiration from this work is Feqiyê Teyran who is one of famous s?fis in Kurdish literature. Feqiyê Teyran narrated aforementioned story to us as rendering again with his own sufistic perspective. In the same way, one of sufis who narrated the story Sheikh San‘an to us as rendering again is Gulsehr? who is well-known faces of Caghatay Turkish literature also. Gulsehr? who firstly translated this work into Turkish literature as a reorganised masnavi brought another identity to work as not depending on the work’s original form and as quoting story and erudite expressions from Mawl?n? and unaccredited places. On this study, we will examine similar and different aspects of aforementioned story as comparing works named as “?êx Sen‘an/Sheikh San‘an” of Feqiyê Teyr?n and Gulsehr? who are two famous faces of Kurdish and Turkish literatures within literary criteria.
