In this study, determining the elements of the intellectual capital of companies and the effects of the determined elements of the intellectual capital on the company value and efficiency is aimed. Firstly, we have determined the intellectual added value coefficient then we have tried to analyze the relationship between the company performance and that value.
The relationship between the intellectual capital and company performance have been investigated by using panel data analysis in this study. In this contexy 7 companies in metal products, machinery and equipment construction industry have been evaluated.
According to the results human capital and structural capital as elements of intellectual capital have a positive impact on company efficiency.
