Drug related activities include four basic types of criminal cases. Those are; drug production, drug smuggling, drug dealing and drug use. This study includes investigative works carried out in Erzurum between years 2010-2012 regarding 19 different drug dealing structures. Most of the structures in this study engaged in cannabis trafficking and some of them were ecstasy sellers. The information in this study obtained from the examination of documents related to the investigations. The investigation documents were analyzed under three main headings; characteristics of criminal suspects, criminal structures and criminal cases. As a result, it was found that drug dealing in Erzurum mostly committed in Yakutiye district, Bingöl is the basic source of cannabis for the drug dealers, and migration is not a factor for drug dealing in Erzurum.
