Although international tourism movements are affected regional or global crises in the world, international tourism activity continues to grow every day. This situation increases the importance of the tourism industry in the world economy. Turkey has become one of the most important tourist countries in the world since the mid-2000s in tourism with carried out with great strides in tourism. Certainly in this success the role of the hospitality industry is great. The success of the accommodation establishments depends on quality of the services they provide and essentially the presence of skilled labor to provide this service. The aim of this study was to determine business structure of tourism accommodation businesses certified tourism businesses operating in Alanya destination which is one of the most important mass tourism destinations of Turkey and the Mediterranean. The research data were obtained by the survey carried out in the accommodation businesses. The findings of the research have shown that; number of staff per bed in the hospitality business are below the average of Turkey, staff turnover rate in operated enterprises throughout the whole year and also in seasonal operated enterprises is high, the rate of outsourcing usage in hospitality business is very high, even all-inclusive system in hotel apartments is applied in the 45% rate, accommodation establishments have difficulty in finding qualified staff, domestic tourist has an important place in the region as well as foreign tourists.
