“ANALYSIS OF THE RELATION BETWEEN TURNOVER AND PERCEPTIONAL VARIABLES BY QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS”

This study analyzes job satisfaction dimensions that affect voluntary turnover in the special defence and security companies. A binomial logistic regression model is used to estimate voluntary turnover. Binomial logitic regression, reliability test (scale alfa) and other basic statistical techniques with SPSS 13 statistical packet program was used in the analyzes of research data. The study finds that; satisfaction of work conditions, satisfaction of salary, satisfaction of company image, satisfaction of point system, satisfaction of promotion system and satisfaction of prize system affect voluntary turnover.
