ANALYSIS OF THE VISITOR COMMENTS WHO TRAVELLED TO TURKEY BY CRUISE SHIPS: CRUISECRITIC.COM (THE EXAMPLE OF KUSADASI)

Cruisecritic.com is the biggest web site on which visitors who joined cruise trip share their experience .Visitor comments are assumed to have an important effect on tourists destination choices. Leaving contended from the visited destination is another important effect on cruiser visitors to visit the destination again and to have tendency for recommandation too their people.The objective of this survey is to find out the factors of the destination about which the visitors,who are commenting on Cruisecritic.com for Kusadasi destination ,are contended or not contended for. For this objective ,all comments up to 31 december 2016 are subjected to content analysis which is one of the qualitative survey techniques.As a result of the content analysis ,it is assessed that the most saticfactory factor is historical places and the most irritating factor is shopping services fort he cruiser visitors of destination.
