ANALYSIS ON PERCEPTION LEVEL OF HEALTHCARE PERSONEL REGARDING ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

In the globalizing world, employees are essential for enterprises to be able to compete and gain an advantage agains to their businesses. Organizational commitment is the key point in order to accomplish the organizational success. Particularly, employees being committed to the enterprise and embracing the culture, policy, and values of the organization are very important in order not to experience any sorts of conflicts between the purpose of the organization and the purpose of the employees. The goal of this study is to analyze organizational commitments in health care enterprises where human factor is significant. During the study, 3d organizational commitment scale developed by allen and mayer has been used to analyze the organizational commitment. In the study, survey method has been used and implemented at a private hospital operating in the city of Gaziantep. For the analysis of the data accumulated from surveys, “spss 23.0” package statistics software has been used. According to this survey it is determined that the continuance commitment of health professionals are the highest the affective commitment is the medium level and the normative commitment is the lowest.
