ANALYZING ATTITUDES OF UNDERGRADUATE SOCIAL WORK STUDENTS TOWARDS AGEISM

This research had been performed upon 418 voluntary students between ages 17-25 from the Yalova University who are studying faculty of economic and administrative sciences. In this study it is aimed to determine the attitudes of students studying social work towards ageism with using survey form and "Ageism Attitudes Measure" to determine socio demographic features. Results of research shows that students attitudes towards ageism had been influenced from the socio deomographic varieties.
