The deployment of sports complexes is crucial in terms of responding to the physical education of the youth and the needs of the sportsmen of Turkey trained in different branches. In addition, the fact that the cost of establishment is high and the facility cannot be moved makes the optimum deployment compulsory. Different analysis methods are used in the selection of optimum deployment. In this study, The Fuzzy Topsis Method, which is among the multi-criteria decision - making models, was used. The difference of The Fuzzy TOPSIS Method from the other decisionmaking models is that it obtains more realistic results under ambiguous and uncertain circumstances. The aim of this study is to select the most optimal establishment location for the deployment of sports high schools in Düzce province by using The Fuzzy TOPSIS method, which is a multi-criteria decision -making model. Four candidate sports high schools locations were determined in parallel with this aim. The criteria for the deployment of these kinds of facilities in the most convenient locations of living areas are qualitative and ambiguous. In this study, verbal ambiguities were turned into comparable numbers by using triangle fuzzy numbers which are included in fuzzy logic; and the locations of candidate sports high schools were ordered and evaluated in terms of their proximity to positive ideal solution. As a result of the analyses conducted, the optimum location according to thecriteria was detected among the alternatives in living areas. Thus, A1 location (Gümü?p?nar Complex) was detected to be the most appropriate place for the establishment of sports high school with a proximity index of 0.542.
