Çardak is located in Western Anatolia and it is a district center of Denizli Province. In this study the mosques, cistern, fountains and grave stones from Çardak and its vicinity will be examined. A caravanserai, which was built during Anatolian Seljuk Period and continued to maintain its importance during later periods as a result of its geographical location, is also studied. Village mosques that are rectangular in plan and constructed with modest materials, modest cisterns, a few local house architecture examples and the grave stones from the 18th and 19th centuries are interesting not only for surveying the historical and cultural heritage but also reflecting change in the region from the past to present.
