e delivery includes the process of submitting service to both individuals who participate in the service delivery activity that benefits from the service. It is a part of this process in the places where the service is offered. In this sense, the architectural structure of the courthouses buildings, the project, the construction, the quality of the quality of the indoor and outdoor organization directly influence the quality of the judicial services. The courthouses should be structured to meet the expectation of the individual from the judiciary and at the same time reflect the state's viewpoint of adulthood, to make the importance of the property-based justice and to give confidence and peace to the individuals in all aspects. Because physical conditions and space structure determine the quality of the service offered, it is necessary to include all the units and technological innovations needed in today's conditions in an ideal courthouse. For this purpose total quality management practices should be utilized. The purpose of the study is to address the necessities of physical conditions in order to increase the quality of judicial services. The study was carried out by means of source screening. In this study, firstly the total quality management is mentioned briefly and then the importance of physical conditions has been stated in order to increase the service quality. Finally, evaluations were made and recommendations were made in order to make the judiciary buildings better serviced.
