The information era we live in has brought about significant changes in leadership approaches. These changes have led to a new model of leadership, called "servant leadership," which guides its members, acts with them and serves as a philosophy of life instead of a leadership mentality that is served and pursues its own interests. Servant leadership, now the main dynamics of leadership research, is the most important of different leadership approaches, and a modern leadership approach which has become the subject of research in an increasing number of social sciences in recent years. This research was conducted to evaluate the teachers' perceptions of the servant leadership behaviors of school principals (primary school - secondary school - high school). Survey research design was used in this quantitative study. The research was carried out by consulting the opinions of 365 teachers in the province of Mardin. "School Leaders' Servant Leadership Behavior Scale" developed by Ekinci (2015) was used in the study. Descriptive statistics, Independent Sampling t-test and ANOVA tests were used in the analysis of the data.
