The Greeks, Bulgarians and Serbs who tried to evaluate the way the Russians opened in the Balkans in the century followed the expansionist policy and waged war against the Ottoman Empire in 1912. Thus, the distant results of the 93 War in 1877-78 and the activities of Russia in the Balkans mobilized the Balkan nations. The newspapers of that period also addressed the issue. When the Balkan War started, the news and comments at the newspapers that the war could become a European war. This is very important in terms of showing the dimensions of the issue. According to the reports, the Balkan governments seemed to be militarily and economically weak. The Ottoman press saw the Ottoman Empire as the definitive winner of the war. Tasvir-i Efkar and Tanin are among the newspapers reviewed. The newspapers have published with various topics such as “Toward to War” and “Rumelian Borders” ut. Balkan Wars is a large volume issue. Some of our scholars and writers have revealed the war with different aspects. For this reason, it is not necessary to explain and transfer the war from the beginning to the end of the in this article and also because of the valuable studies on these subjects. Our aim is to see and evaluate the war in this respect by talking about the news reflected in the histor?c news in newspapers.
