This research aims to determine the problems that are faced with in school administration process according to administrators’ views. This survey-modelled research was carried out with qualitative approach. Data were collected with semi-structured interview technique. Work group of the research consists of 20 school administrators that currently work for public schools in Van city center. Data was analysed with content analysis method. As a result of the research, it is revealed that the most frequently problems that school administrators cope with are; insufficient and unplanned physical conditions of schools, uninterested behaviours of parents in school and educational activities, ineffectiveness of teachers because of inefficient employee personnel rights, insufficient budgets that state supply for schools, not meeting schools’ maintenance and repair needs adequately and in due time, lack of places which can be used for social and cultural activities.
