The purpose of this study was to provide information to facilitate the use of writing process skills in primary education, which was determined by scientific studies. To achieve this aim, various domestic and foreign resources, which are related to the writing process method, were reviewed. At the end of examining the accessible resources, teaching the steps in writing process was attempted to explain associated with primary education. It is hoped that this study will support the teachers who put 2004 Primary Turkish Education Programme into practice.
