With the increase of knowledge produced from past to present in the field of history of veterinary medicine and deontology in Turkey, accessing to prior works has become an important problem. In this context, there are no bibliographic studies conducted in the field of veterinary history and deontology specifically for “scientific research of academicians”. The study was carried out in order to fill this absence and to create a holistic reference source that will guide those who want to research in this field. The study was classified as theses, book/book chapters, articles and scientific papers. 31theses, 52 book / book chapters, 288 articles, 373 scientific papers have been accessed. It has been determined that the researches are carried out in a wide range including history, folklore, ethics-deontology, legislation and education. As a result, the study will make an important contribution to the field by being a compact reference guide.
