The purpose of this study is to research and determine body image, self-esteem and stress levels in individuals with sports education.150 male and 150 female, total of 330, sports students were participated in the study. Stress level scale, body-image scale and self-representation inventory techniques were used. T-test, one way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference Test (LSD) were performed for the research. Body image score was found to be 69.13 in women and 73.82 in men. Self-esteem scores were 98.68 in males and 85.85 in females. Stress score was found to be 26.09 in males and 28.23 in females. Men have higher body-image and self- esteem points than women whereas men have lower stress levels than women at 5% significance level (p<0.05). Sport education can contribute to a good body image and self-perception, which can affect the stress of individuals. In sports education areas, the stress levels of individuals can be reduced by improving body image and performing self-enhancing activities.
