The studies conducted in Central Asian countries show that it is seen that the region has an important position in the world in terms of various resources. Particularly, the reserved amounts of strategic resources such as natural gas and petroleum in the region are high in the world rankings. Therefore, the interest that started in the region in the post-Soviet era has continued to increase until today. The instability in the Middle East geography after the Arab Spring, the crisis between Russia and Ukraine, and many other events make the region an important alternative for regional and global actors in terms of “Energy Security”. In general, China's dominant position in the region attracts attention both for today and for later periods. Due to the various situations arising from the general structure of the region, the resources of the region have important opportunities both for the demanders and the countries of the region. In this respect, some actors in the region want a stable structure to be established, while others do not want this situation for their own benefit. Today, the countries of the region need to make various developments in order to expand the energy flow capacity and to maintain this flow steadily. First of all, they need to be politically more stable and open to the outside. Then, regional cooperation should be made and the advantages created by this should be used. Actors who want the resources of the region can only reach their desires with the investments they will make.
