For Armenians, 19th century, social and cultural activities developed; it was a period in which intellectual movements matured. It is also a period of enlightenment for the 19th century Armenian society, a century in which political, economic and social balances have changed all over the world. This period in which concepts such as enlightenment, enlightenment, national awakening and cultural revival were discussed was a period in which the importance given to the research of Armenian history, language and culture increased. In the first quarter of this century, the printing, publishing, language and literature studies and translation studies were conducted in centers such as Tbilisi, Moscow, Istanbul, Simirna and Madras. The printing houses that serve in these cities are the centers leading the development of Armenian language, literature and culture, especially politics. Periodicals, books and other printed materials published in these centers appear as factors affecting the social and political life of Armenians. The intellectual development process of the Armenians started with the printing press and contributed to the Armenian enlightenment and Armenian cultural development with the formation of the press.
