Educational programs are an important part of international circulation to build cultural diplomacy with the changings in global cultural relations. Images make opportunity to obtain a solid positioning in the global system and show it in representation of individuals and mental as an intellectual gain by self-explaining of countries. In this context; educational programs as one of cultural diplomacy actions are aimed to evaluate in this study on the students who come from Middle Asia Turkic Republics and study in Erciyes University. Non-parametri? Wilcoxon test is practised to determine if there is significant difference or not in the opinions of participants with before-after evaluations and it's observed that there is not clear changing in the category of social attraction however there are significant differences in the physical, financial, leadership and cultural attraction categories.
