Humans by nature are intertwined with culture and organizations in every field and moment of life. The human being is born, grows, and dies in culture and organizations. The globalization process and developments in technology further increase the importance of organizations and culture. In this process, the relationship between culture and organizations is discussed more frequently. What is the impact and importance of culture on organizations? Can the real organizational culture be measured? In these discussions, while some researchers explain culture as an intermediate feature shaped according to organizational structure, others see culture as a dominant force and a fundamental determinant for the organization. However, all researchers regard an anthropological approach as the most appropriate method for understanding the impact of culture on organizations and organizational behavior. The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical contribution to the relationship between culture and organizations and to examine the place and importance of cultural factors in the organization in terms of anthropology theories.
