In th e distinction of history of philosophy, philosophies moved from object comes to materialism, on the other hand, philopshies moved from subject necessarily reaches idealism. Which philosophy we will choose among these philophies is related to what kind of human you are. Also, what sort of human we are determines our understanding of human rights. In this study, with the reference to German agents of idealism and materialism, we will try to identify that how systems of philosophy shapes for their starting poi nts. Moreover, we will try to determine that which perspectives modern-day humans prefer to reason regarding human rights
