The clothes and accessories that we may encounter with amazing looks in the literature witness many examples that will create a basis for the uses that wear the body for faith, beauty, traditions, etc. In this way, the deformed or transformed body becomes the object of thought of clothes and accessories that act to bring in a new means of expression. It is possible to think of all kinds of dressings made in the body (besides clothes, it is possible to add accessories, tattoos, etc. in the metaphorical sense) in the traditional societies as a result of tradition and repetition based methods that are completely out of fashion and a goal of faith. The way of providing the desired aesthetics, beauty, tradition or faith value, etc. is taken into compelling images in which the change remains constant rather than the idea of providing convenience and comfort to the body. In the study, these irrational images were identified with a primitive way of thinking, and the uses of clothes and accessories related to the body and culture were questioned. For this purpose, answers to the questions below and other similar questions were sought: “Is the use of clothes and accessories a tradition or a fashion doctrine?; Is it a way of creating a sense of beauty or faith?...” The study is qualitative, and the document analysis method was used. In this context, written sources containing information were analyzed. The data obtained were supported by visual materials that were considered to be suitable for the sample reached by the same method. The data were compiled and interpreted according to the subjects, and connections were established between the subjects from past to present
