The book Nahjulbalagha (Nehcu’l-Belaga) that was written by Sherif Radi -the shi’i author- was completed in 400 AH. The book is collected from khutbas, says and letters of Hz. Ali. In later times Nahjulbalagha (Nehcu’l-Belaga) was criticised for being fabricated by some scholars of people of sunnah. In addition, some people said that it is not certain which one of the brothers –Sherif Radi and his big brother Mortaza- has written the book. The author does not show any resource and uses some texts that revile thoughts of poeple of sunnah and support shia and these two reasons caused the complaints that was mentioned before. Subsequently, the book became popular and some commentaries were written on Nahjulbalagha (Nehcu’l-Belaga). In this article determination of the author and resources of the book and the commantaries on it will be analyzed with referance to other books of the author, biography books (rijal books) and the researchs and the commentaries on the book.
