This research was conducted to determine whether the trait anger and anger styles of teachers differ according to some variables. Descriptive method of the qualitative research methods was adopted as the research model. The research group consisted of 153 teachers working in various branches in Cat, Erzurum. "State-Trait Anger Scale Style" as data collection tool and "Personal Information Form" to be determined the personal characteristics of the teachers developed by researcher were used. Single sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied whether measurement was suitable for normal distribution to determine. T-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test to be determined the differences between the test groups for normal distributions were used. Kruskal-Wallis H and Mann-Whitney U test for non-normal distributions were used. It can be said that trait anger and agner levels under control of the teachers participating in the research were mid-level, but act out anger and act in anger levels of them were low. According to the personal characteristics, It was statistically found a meaningful difference for trait anger and anger expression according to the teachers’ educational status, hours a week they enter, organization they work, actively doing sport variables.
