Ceramic is one of the oldest and indispensable materials of mankind. Ceramics are divided into many sections in itself and have an important place in every field. The ceramic sanitary ware (vitrified) sector, which is an important branch of the ceramic industry, has started to respond to today's requirements by diversifying its designs. It is known that design is given importance especially starting from the production process of the products and that design is needed for the continuity of production in order to ensure branding. It should continue to respond to today's requirements by improving its product range. With this aspect, it has a special importance in the economy of the country. Design is an important branch of this sector, but it is also important for the formation and preservation of the branding process. The efficiency and healthy functioning of the process of production requires the quality of the design. Therefore, the design department is the beginning of ceramic production and is the management center of other production stages. On the other hand, it is a fact that design departments are in a separate competition among themselves. Enterprises and design departments that have been producing vitrified products for many years have gained great experience in developing and producing solutions in every new production. Since ceramic is a material that is cooked at high temperature, it is very normal for the product to deform. The problems encountered in the first trial production are usually related to deformation. Deformation removal requires separate experience, dedication and attention. In this study; in the design department in the ceramic sanitary ware sector, information is given about the anti-deformation applications applied by designers. Due to the importance of anti-deformation applications, it will make significant contributions to the sector's high quality production and thus to increase its market share
