DISCIPLINEPROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Discipline is to show and teach student which ones are the desired behaviors and to ensure student to internalize the expected behavior by teaching it to the student. Discipline problem is disorganizing behaviors that prevent regular functioning of educational activities and lead to failures in the progress of classroom activities. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the concept of discipline and the causes of occurrence of this concept, what indicators of misbehavior are, the relationship between school management and the concept of discipline in the school, discipline problems caused by teacher, disciplinary understanding in the family, disciplinary actions committed by high school students, and possible solution offers based on the literature. Recommendations were developed to prevent misbehaviors of students in the classroom and to increase student success.
