Purpose of this research is to determine effects of systematic learning on academic achievement and attitude in multigrade class schools. In the research experimental design with pretest-posttest control group is used. The research is conducted with total 48 students, 24 from experimental group, 24 from control group. Achievement test and attitude scale are applied on working group before and after procedures. In the results of the research it is found that there is significant difference between academic achievement point averages of the experimental group on which systematic learning is applied. On the other hand, there is no significant difference between academic achievement point averages of the control group on which current education program is applied. It is not observed a significant difference between attitude point averages of experimental and control groups. However, it is found that class oriented attitude point average of control group is higher than that of experimental group. At the and of the study some suggestions based on the results were given.
